My gold velvet over sized jacket  drapes down my 7 year old tight covered thighs. Boots two sizes too big and a sash make me feel princely. My heart pounds,  I  take bold strides to my sleeping princess, center stage. I gaze at her thick golden hair, crinkled from her untied braids, knowing that should be me. My pixie cut reduced me to be Prince Charming. I do the kiss and the rest is a blur until the applause.
